Police appeal for help in finding missing five-year-old boy from Glen

BLOEMFONTEIN – The police at Glen in the Mangaung Metro are looking for a five-year-old boy, Onkarabetse Leeuw.

According to Onkarabetse’s mother, the boy left home on Saturday 8 November at about 16:00 to fetch his cap from a friend and has not returned.

Onkarabetse was last seen wearing a grey and black T-shirt with long sleeves, yellow short pants, and white sneakers. Lieutenant Colonel Thabo Dovane, police spokesperson, said the child is light in complexion.

Any member of the public who might help the police to locate this five-year-old is requested to contact Captain Jeremiah Mofokeng on 071 682 5093. Alternatively, information can be submitted on the MySAPS App or call the SAPS Crime Stop number 08600 10111.

The three-year-old Katleho Joy Leeuw, also from Glen, was found murdered on Saturday 25 October. An uncle (29) has been arrested for her murder. At this stage, it is not known if Onkarabetse and Katleho are related.
