The Melton’s Sports Club, in conjunction with the Free State Baseball Union, presents a Baseball 5 Festival on Thursday (16/06).
This one-day event will take place at the Heidedal Cricket Oval (Park Run) to coincide with Youth Day.
The theme is “A Youth in Sports is a Youth out of Courts”.
The festival will start at 10:00 and continue until 12:00.
A new five-on-five, five-inning street version of the game will be played. It will feature 12 teams, which include school teams, aimed at continuing the revival of the game.
